Description
Taq-Plus PCR Forest Mix (2×) is a PCR reaction premix formulated with Taq DNA Polymerase. It already contains reaction buffer, dNTPs, and loading dye among other components. This mix could amplify up to 5 kb, exhibiting excellent amplification specificity and template compatibility. The PCR products can be directly used for T/A cloning. Moreover, the PCR products do not require the addition of a loading buffer for gel electrophoresis. During the electrophoresis process, two indicator bands will appear.
