Description
The dNTPs premix is a pre-mixed solution containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP in equimolar ratios, with each nucleotide at a concentration of 10 mM. This product is prepared using ultrapure water, with a pH value adjusted to 7.0. It has a purity of ≥99% as determined by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). It has been tested and found to be free from impurities such as DNase, RNase, and phosphatases.

1. It can be thawed at room temperature. After thawing, it should be stored in an ice box or on an ice bath. After use, it should be immediately stored at -20℃ . Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
