Description
Taq-Plus PCR Master Mix (2×) is a PCR reaction premix formulated with Taq DNA Polymerase. It already contains reaction buffer, dNTPs, and other components, providing convenience and efficiency. This mix could amplify up to 5 kb, exhibiting excellent amplification specificity and template compatibility. The PCR products can be directly used for T/A cloning.
