Description
The 2×Taq-AS PCR Mix includes Taq-AS DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and other components. Taq-AS (Advanced Strong) DNA Polymerase is a variant obtained through screening, capable of efficiently amplifying DNA fragments up to 5 kb. It exhibits excellent inhibitor tolerance and has a threefold faster amplification speed compared to regular Taq DNA polymerase.
